Meaning from a guy vs from a girl

Meaning from a guy vs from a girl? Largely the same — context beats gender. From a guy, 👨🏽‍🫯‍👨🏿 is typically playful teasing, low-key flirting or "I'm joking, don't overthink it". From a girl, 👨🏽‍🫯‍👨🏿 leans expressive: excitement, sarcasm or softening a "no". In both cases, check the words around it — a late-night "hey 👨🏽‍🫯‍👨🏿" hits different than a midday "thanks 👨🏽‍🫯‍👨🏿".
